This has been a very good weekend.  I had a wonderful date with Brady, something we have not been able to do for a while.  We both enjoyed Hairspray, and had a delightful dinner at Applebee's (I finally got my steak).  Later that night we roamed around Wal-mart waiting for the release of the final Harry Potter book.  I'm so excited to have it and I'm nearly finished it, just about 100 pages left to read (I would much rather be home reading it than here at work).  I had to take a break from the book saturday to go dress shopping, yes, wedding dress shopping.  The first dress I tried on was the one.  It was so gorgous I thought I was going to cry when I looked at myself in the mirror, Brady's mom and his brother's girlfriend Whitney both looked like they were on the edge of tears as well.  I did try on many, many more dresses from the store, but none of them looked as beautiful as this one.  We had to get it, along with other thigs which are a secret, nanana.  I half wish that my mom was there to enjoy this with me.  Though I wonder if she would have enjoyed it as much as we did.  I need to go back to the store in october to get it altered and hemed, I need to get my brides maids in and look for some dresses for them. I know the color I want their dresses to be so hopefully we will be able to find more styles in that color.  I'm so excited!  This wedding is going to be so wonderful!!!

I'm so excited about today!  Work is almost over and it has flown by so much!!!  After work, I have to walk over to the apartment to pay rent, a nice 450 out of my just updated checking account.  Get stuff gathered together for the weekend, then off to wal-mart!  My fiance and I are both pumped about some upcoming movies so we are having a party this weekend and next weekend to celebrate.  So I'm picking up some Transformers party supplyies so that we can have our theme going for this weekends party.  Duh, Transformers.  My fiances is more excited than I am about it because he grew up with it and followed it close and collected A LOT of the toys.  I just think it looks cool.  And, apprently the guy who does cartoon nextworks toonami late night on the weekends does the voice of Optuimus Prime, I was floored when I found out.  I really like his voice so I'm hyped about that.

Before we get ready for the party though I get RPG with the guys.  That should be fun.  I'm not very good at it in my opinion but they really seem to like having me there to play, unlike some other girls who we have tried to get into it.

Then, after RPG at least my fiance and I are going to see Rocky Horror.  The area has a small group that gets together every friday night to watch the movie, watch the local "actors", and do the time warp, and lets not forget hanging out with some friends.

Saturday is like I said the party so either after Rocky or early in the morning we need to prep for the party, I'm so exsited it's been so long since I've helped with a party...I don't remember ever really helping for a party....

Monday there is a showing of Transformers and I think my fiance would love to go to it since it's the first one.  I hope we can get tickets for it!

I'm so tired of this summer work.  I just don't have the heart to tell my mentor that I want to change majors.  I sometimes like the work, but it's so manontanus and gets boring easily.  I hope the 10 weeks is almost over...I think we are on week 2 or 3....I also hate staring at a computer screen looking at crappy sequencing and trying to figure out if the next codon should be a G or a T.  My eyes want to bleed.

Yesterday was fun though, after work.  Brady and I went to a local pet store to play with the puppies.  We really liked a Pomeranian that they had there, yes jilly, a little yippy dog.  If he stays there long we may get him, once we save up the money, the only thing was that the lady who worked their said that the breed was stupid when it came to training, she said they were smart in their own way.  Any ways, some how the little boy stole our hearts.

We are going to go look at the local pound soon.  Maybe we can find another type of dog we like, cheaper :-p  Sadly though we can't get a pug.  The pet store had a very hyper one that liked to scratch and chew...on you...and Brady broke out pretty bad on his arms where he had scratched.
